How We Delivered

After a careful market assessment of both customer experience and product lines, we transformed the entire guest experience and tasting room offerings. This was accomplished by updating and tasting room design, segmenting tasting room offerings, and re-positioning wine clubs. A new Direct Sales Manager was hired and mentored to lead the effort along with implementing a new hire training program complete with robust hospitality and sales training. Furthermore, a dashboard with tasting room metrics was designed and implemented to help the team achieve financial goals.

Results

With re-shaping the wine club tiers and launching a new club to drive Cabernet Sauvignon sales, wine club sales improved year-over-year in excess of 20%. The new tasting room experiences immediately yielded double-digit increases.
